Job summary

Cincinnati College Preparatory Academy (CCPA) is seeking a dedicated MTSS Math Support Specialist to provide targeted mathematics interventions for students in grades 6-8 within the MTSS framework. Qualifications

• Experience supporting middle school students.
• Familiarity with MTSS/RTI frameworks.
• Ability to analyze assessment data to guide instruction.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted small-group and one-on-one math interventions for students in grades 6-8.
• Implement evidence-based instructional strategies aligned with Ohio Learning Standards.
• Use assessment data to identify student needs and develop individualized intervention plans.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on performance data.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to coordinate instructional support and intervention strategies.
• Participate as an active member of the school's MTSS Team.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress, intervention services, and assessment results.
• Communicate regularly with families regarding student growth and intervention goals.
• Support the development of a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
• Attend MTSS meetings, professional development sessions, and other school meetings as required.
