Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in education, special education, educational leadership, math education, or a related field with 4+ years of experience; or Bachelor's with 6+ years of experience.
• Deep knowledge of evidence-based mathematics instruction and supports for students with disabilities.
• Experience supporting MTSS/RTI/DBI or related tiered supports frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive technical assistance to districts and schools to strengthen MTSS-based mathematics interventions.
• Design and deliver professional learning and coaching focused on mathematics intervention and data-based decision making.
• Develop tools, protocols, and materials aligned with MTSS and evidence-based frameworks.
• Collaborate with researchers and project teams to translate research into practical tools and supports.
