Position Summary

Cincinnati College Preparatory Academy (CCPA) is seeking a dedicated and student-centered MTSS Math Support Specialist to provide targeted mathematics intervention for students in grades 6-8 who require additional academic support. Working within the school's Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) framework, the specialist will collaborate with teachers, administrators, intervention staff, and families to improve student achievement through data-driven instruction, individualized intervention plans, and ongoing progress monitoring. This position plays an essential role in helping students strengthen foundational math skills, close learning gaps, and achieve academic success.

Essential Responsibilities

• Provide targeted small-group and one-on-one math interventions for students in grades 6-8.
• Implement evidence-based instructional strategies aligned with Ohio Learning Standards.
• Use assessment data to identify student needs and develop individualized intervention plans.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on performance data.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to coordinate instructional support and intervention strategies.
