Job summary

Encore Technologies is seeking a Solution Architect – Enterprise & Infrastructure Managed Services to design, develop, and present innovative managed services solutions that align with client requirements. This role leads the sales lifecycle, owning RFP responses and coordinating cross-functional SMEs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of enterprise infrastructure experience.
• 3+ years in Solution Architecture or Pre-Sales Engineering.
• Experience supporting MSPs or system integrators.
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise RFP responses.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and managed service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Proposal & RFP Management (Primary Responsibility).
• Own the end-to-end response process for enterprise managed services RFPs.
• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer business and technical requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional SMEs to gather technical, operational, pricing, security, and compliance responses.
• Develop compelling, accurate, and customer-focused technical proposals.
• Ensure responses are complete, compliant, and submitted within required timelines.
• Maintain proposal quality standards, consistency, and messaging across all submissions.
• Build and maintain reusable proposal content, response libraries, and technical artifacts.
• Identify proposal risks, assumptions, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
• Participate in proposal review meetings and executive “go/no-go” decisions.
