Job summary

Exigo Technology Services is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to lead technical strategy for managed services and projects. You will design and govern enterprise solutions across cloud, security, networking, and infrastructure while guiding client executives and IT leaders.

You will drive architecture deliverables, governances, and operational readiness, mentoring teams and shaping modernization initiatives.

Qualifications

7+ years of enterprise infrastructure, cloud, networking, or managed services experience.
Proven experience designing and delivering complex technology solutions for midsize and enterprise organizations.
Strong consulting and customer-facing experience.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft technologies including Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, AD, and hybrid cloud environments.
Strong understanding of enterprise networking principles including TCP/IP, WAN, LAN, SD‑WAN, VPN, wireless, and network security.
Experience with virtualization platforms, storage technologies, backup/disaster recovery, and high-availability architectures.
Working knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and security best practices.
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and executive audiences.
Experience leading technical teams and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

Design and lead enterprise technology solutions across cloud, cybersecurity, networking, server infrastructure, virtualization, and business applications.
Develop technology roadmaps, governance standards, policies, and best practices aligned with client objectives.
Provide strategic guidance to customer executives and IT leadership regarding modernization, cloud adoption, security, and operational excellence.
Evaluate emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and cost optimization.
Lead requirements gathering and technical discovery for managed services and projects.
Create architecture diagrams, design documents, implementation plans, and runbooks.
Ensure solutions align with Statements of Work, security requirements, and business objectives.
Provide technical leadership through implementation, migration, and deployment.
Collaborate with Project Managers on scope, timelines, risk mitigation, and resource needs.
Establish architecture standards and perform design & QA reviews across initiatives.
Mentor engineers and share best practices; lead large-scale cross-disciplinary deployments.
