Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years as a Business Architect or in a similar IT role.

Responsibilities

• Partner with both the business and the technical team to develop high quality deliverables across all phases of delivery, from identifying and defining requirements & process flows and use cases, through to user acceptance testing.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and process flow diagrams.
• Support the maintenance and completeness of the Engage product backlog, prioritization, refinement and elaboration of stories, features and epics.
• Analyze and identify the need for new processes and procedures to ensure that the organization’s systems remain efficient and effective and drive the implementation of process improvement.
• Research and identify standard methodologies and communicate their policies and procedures to business teams and teammates.
• Participate in design and solutioning sessions to ensure platform capabilities are optimally aligned to business requirements and value realization.
• Perform other duties, as assigned.
