Job summary

ERP Suites is seeking a Solution Architect to transform complex business challenges into practical, scalable technology solutions. You’ll partner with clients, consulting teams, and technical experts to design value-driven architectures and guide implementations.

You’ll own the solution lifecycle from discovery to post-project review, balancing business goals with technical feasibility while delivering measurable outcomes across JD Edwards, Salesforce, and AI platforms.

Qualifications

Experience designing enterprise technology solutions across one or more business platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business processes.
Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
Experience facilitating discovery sessions, gathering requirements, and documenting solution designs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence decisions through collaboration.
Ability to estimate implementation effort, identify risks, and recommend practical delivery approaches.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery sessions to understand client processes, objectives, challenges, and requirements.
Translate business needs into scalable, practical solution architectures and designs.
Design integrated solutions across enterprise platforms including JD Edwards, Salesforce, AI technologies.
Evaluate alternatives considering value, risk, and maintainability.
Produce architecture documents, diagrams, specs, and roadmaps.
Serve as trusted advisor during presales and assist with proposal development and planning.
Maintain architectural ownership during delivery and guide teams to align with standards.
