Job summary

Hemlock Semiconductor is seeking a Scheduler to translate the production plan into a working production schedule across multiple areas as part of the S&OP process. The Scheduler will create SAP workflows for forecasting, material requirement planning, capacity management, master data, inventory, and KPI reporting to drive production efficiency and on-time delivery.

This role also owns safety, environment, quality, reliability, and productivity metrics; trains staff on SAP, and collaborates with

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Supply Chain experience and/or a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or other relevant field.
• Six Sigma and/or APICS certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Create and communicate detailed production schedules and attend operations meetings.
• Manage MRP for the area including material ownership, stock levels, and forecasts.
• Execute cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Create and manage process orders and material movements in SAP.
• Lead scheduling improvement initiatives and optimize Material Master Data workflows.
