Job summary

Hemlock Semiconductor is seeking a Scheduler to translate the production plan into a detailed production schedule for their area as part of the S&OP process. The role involves producing SAP workflows, forecasting, MRP, capacity management, and reporting KPIs.

You will ensure alignment with Safety, Environment, Quality, Reliability, Production and Productivity targets. The position requires 2+ years in supply chain/Scheduler-type roles, with experience in SAP and process order management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Supply Chain experience
• Six Sigma and/or APICS certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Create and communicate detailed production schedules and attend operations meetings
• Manage MRP for the area, including material ownership, stock levels, and demand forecasts
• Execute cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies to ensure accuracy
• Create, close, and troubleshoot process orders and manage material movements in SAP
• Maintain bills of materials, production versions, and data for performance reviews and meetings
• Train, mentor and provide SAP support for operations staff and students
