Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Master Scheduler to lead production planning using SAP, ensuring schedules meet customer demand and business goals while maintaining safety and quality.

You will partner with procurement, manufacturing, and sales to optimize resources, forecast demand, and manage capacity. You’ll track KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives within a global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field with manufacturing experience.
• 3+ years in production planning or supply chain management.
• Proficient in SAP APO or similar planning tools for MRP.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage master production schedules to align with customer demand.
• Collaborate with procurement, inventory, and manufacturing teams for material flow.
• Analyze performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate capacity with engineering and production to accommodate changes.
• Generate reports and KPIs for stakeholders and ensure regulatory compliance.
