Job summary

Hemlock Semiconductor in the United States is seeking a Scheduler to translate the production plan into a working SAP-based schedule. You will cover forecasting, material requirements planning, capacity management, master data, inventory control, and scheduling KPI reporting.

This role oversees safety, environment, quality, reliability and productivity, coordinating with Raw Materials, Chemicals, CVD, Finishing, Slimrod and MROS teams, training staff and driving continuous scheduling

Qualifications

2+ years of Supply Chain experience and/or a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or other relevant field.
Six Sigma and/or APICS certification preferred
The range for this position is $65,985 - $90,729 assuming full time status.

Responsibilities

Production Scheduling and Communication: Create and communicate detailed production schedules and attend operations meetings.
MRP management: Manage material ownership, stock levels, forecasts, and SAP workflows.
Inventory accuracy: Perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical and SAP data.
Process order management: Create/close/process orders and track variances for month-end reconciliation.
Data management: Maintain BOMs, master recipes, and performance data for reviews.
Training and support: Train staff and provide SAP guidance to operations.
Continuous improvement: Lead scheduling projects and optimize workflows.
