Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, a RTX company, is seeking an experienced operations and program management leader in East Hartford, CT. The role focuses on coordinating MRO/U activities, driving cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring timely, data-driven decisions across the sustainment network.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in program management, operations and supply chain, plus significant MRO experience and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Management or related field with 10+ years of relevant experience or advanced degree with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• 7+ years of experience in program management, operations, supply chain and/or materials.
• 5+ years of experience in maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) operations.
• U.S. citizenship is required to access information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

• Provide tactical MRO/U operations support by coordinating timely solutions with functional groups like Customer Support Engineering and Logistics.
• Host daily network escalation calls to ensure awareness and prioritization of global needs.
• Prepare documentation and communicate status to internal customers and executive leadership.
• Represent sustainment operations in developing a unified system and process for MRO/U network reporting.
• Interface with and monitor performance of 3rd party MRO Product Service Providers.
