Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, a RTX company, is seeking an onsite leader in Connecticut to drive CORE and continuous improvement initiatives at the Turbine Module Center. You will manage KPI metrics, deploy digital tools and guide cross-functional teams across manufacturing processes to deliver measurable performance gains.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree with several years in lean manufacturing or Six Sigma, plus strong problem solving and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, Statistics or Operations, Supply Chain or similar field with 7 years of experience; or Advanced Degree with 5 years.
• U.S. Citizenship is required for access to program/contract information.
• Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma training or related continuous improvement credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead CORE and Continuous Improvement activities at the Turbine Module Center to improve manufacturing processes.
• Collect, standardize and report KPI metrics; drive improvement plans.
• Deploy digital technology to improve CORE metrics and processes.
• Plan and lead CORE events and leadership weeks; report outcomes to leadership.
• Oversee CORE proficiency growth with Black Belt and Red-X Specialists; support skill development.
• Travel may be required occasionally.
