The successful candidate will analyze markets, engage high-value prospects, and close profitable deals while coordinating with service, finance, and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or preferred in related field.
• 3–5 years of industry sales experience, preferably in MRO services or technical sales.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory action plans and sales strategies.
• Price negotiations, contract structuring, and sales tactics.
• Identify high-value prospects, schedule meetings, and close deals.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead to contract.
• Represent Signature Aviation at events to expand market reach.
• Prepare executive-level proposals and sales presentations.
• Stay informed on industry trends to refine sales techniques.
