Job summary

Western Aircraft is looking for a Director of MRO Maintenance Sales responsible for leading the sales strategy for aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul services. This senior position involves managing a team of sales representatives and directly contributing to revenue growth through developing key customer relationships and implementing a comprehensive sales plan.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in aviation services sales and a proven track record in team leadership, operational forecasting, and customer engagement. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Aeronautics is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in aviation services sales.
• At least 3 years in a sales leadership or management role.
• Deep knowledge of business aviation MRO services.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop a team of Sales Representatives.
• Develop and execute annual MRO sales plan.
• Lead high-value customer meetings and negotiations.
