Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain planning in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of MRP/ERP, inventory control, and capacity planning.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and decision making.
• Ability to interpret demand signals and manage constraints to optimize schedules.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute production schedules balancing demand, inventory, capacity, and materials.
• Create weekly and daily plans for manufacturing value streams.
• Monitor schedule attainment and recovery plans to meet deliveries.
• Prioritize and sequence orders to optimize flow and on-time delivery.
• Confirm material availability and identify shortages or constraints.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Production, Engineering, Customer Service, and Operations.
• Manage MRP messages and reflect current business priorities.
• Maintain inventory levels including safety stock and WIP.
• Analyze forecast changes and adjust schedules accordingly.
• Support new product introductions and engineering changes in planning.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and work order integrity.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in planning and supply chain processes.
• Serve as planning representative on cross-functional Value Stream Teams.
