Corning Incorporated in the United States is seeking a Senior Specialist, Integrated Planning to align finished goods production, material availability, and distribution with customer needs. You will develop production plans across a 13-week horizon and work with cross-functional teams to optimize schedules.

Required are aBachelor's degree in a related field and 2+ years in manufacturing planning; experience with ERP/MRP and strong analytical skills are essential for success in this role.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in production, logistics, or material planning within a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and planning tools.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with demonstrated ability to interpret supply chain data and generate planning reports.

Mansioni

• Develop SKU-level production plans across a 13-week rolling horizon, balancing customer demand, inventory levels, material availability, and capacity constraints; identify and resolve capacity gaps and integrate new product introductions as needed.
• Monitor and report on key planning input metrics including MPS, material availability rate, backorder risk, and capacity utilization, as well as output metrics like OTIF and inventory levels.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive corrective actions for recurring planning issues; maintain accurate production planning parameters and master data.
• Leverage ERP/MRP systems and scenario analysis tools to build optimal schedules; support automation and digitalization efforts in line with planning standards.
• Support the SIOP process by integrating near- and mid-term plans with strategic planning; collaborate with cross-functional teams on scheduling assumptions.
