Job summary

You will own the post-sales lifecycle, monitor key metrics, conduct Quarterly Business Reviews, and identify new opportunities while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Expect up to 15% travel and a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales, business development, customer success, or account management experience.
• Experience with Salesforce or other Force.com platforms.
• Analytical ability to map customer workflows to Stratix services.

Responsibilities

• Run Customer Success Playbooks and drive issue resolution across day 2 services.
• Track account health via NPS, churn risk, and corrective actions.
• Conduct itrac360 training for customer end-users.
