Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Mission Integration Lead for the SMIT program to oversee staffing, scheduling, and coordination across multiple DoD locations. You will manage a rolling staffing plan, maintain government relationships, and drive risk mitigations in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment.

The role requires deep program management experience, effective communication with senior executives, and the ability to balance competing priorities while delivering deployments on time.

Qualifications

• Requires BA/BS Degree in a related field, and 8 plus years combined experience managing large, complex programs information technology programs. Generally has 7+ years of experience supervising or leading teams or projects.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting and staffing activities on SMIT with a focus on vulnerability management.
• Develops and tracks staffing metrics – openings, on-board rate, lead times, turnover.
• Coordinate with the government to plan human logistics for complex IT remediation projects.
• Maintains the relationship with the Government Access Lead and mission owners.
• Owns and publishes the rolling master schedule (4-week firm / 12-week planning).
• Owns everything on the human side of deployments: site access, maintenance windows, and post-deployment verification.
• Builds the site access profile for each site and measures lead times for credentials and authorization types.
• Provides the site access go/no-go recommendation.
• Adjudicates competing window demands across sites and reallocations.
• Communicate critical program information to senior NMCI leadership.
• Build and leverage relationships with customer and Leidos peers to develop risk mitigations and issue resolutions.
• Elicits and documents impact thresholds and verification criteria from each mission owner.
