Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Solution Manager to lead solution management across multiple Product Teams and Agile Release Trains for the Navy's SMIT program. You will translate stakeholder needs into vision, roadmaps, backlogs, and delivery plans while coordinating with business, engineering, and subcontractor teams to ensure aligned execution across infrastructure, applications, and cybersecurity.

Qualifications

• Requires B.S. Degree and 8-12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience in IT, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, network services, or enterprise IT delivery.
• Must be a US Citizen with an active Secret Security Clearance.
• Experience planning, provisioning, and delivering IT services for large organizations.
• Experience supporting DoD/federal government IT programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution management activities across multiple Product Teams and ARTs, defining vision, roadmap, backlog, and delivery priorities.
• Interface with stakeholders, leadership, architecture, engineering, subcontractors, and vendors for coordinated execution across infrastructure, applications, and cybersecurity.
• Oversee planning, execution, delivery, and operational transition of complex enterprise network services and infrastructure solutions.
• Translate requirements into operational plans, user stories, backlogs, schedules, and delivery commitments; support PI planning, demos, and status reporting.
• Accountable for scope, schedule, budget, risks, change management, and performance metrics across assigned work.
