Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Program Integration Lead to support the CLIN 300 portfolio within the SMIT program. You’ll act as the primary execution integrator, coordinating across project managers, technical leadership, and support organizations to ensure cost, schedule, scope, and performance meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, PM, IT, or related field with 8+ years of PM experience.
• Active DoD Secret clearance; ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
• Experience overseeing cost, schedule, scope, technical performance, risks, and deliverables.
• Experience with CPFF task orders or similar cost-reimbursable contracts.
• Strong financial management, including funding, actual costs, forecasting, and resource planning.
• Ability to translate complex project data into executive-level briefs and actions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cost, schedule, scope, and technical performance across the CLIN 300 portfolio.
• Coordinate across PMs, technical leadership, Operations, Finance, Contracts, and Subcontracts.
• Promote consistent execution standards, processes, tools, reporting, and accountability across a matrixed team.
• Support program reviews, risk boards, leadership briefings, action tracking, and customer status meetings.
• Monitor performance using metrics, trends, milestones, and forecasts to identify execution concerns.
• Maintain an integrated view of portfolio schedules, dependencies, risks, decisions, and customer priorities.
• Support financial management reviews, funding, actual costs, labor utilization, and resource forecasts.
• Assist in overseeing CPFF Term and Completion CLINs to ensure alignment with contracts.
• Identify and elevate risks and changes with recommended actions to the Program Manager.
• Develop, review, and submit customer deliverables, status reports, and responses to data requests.
• Represent the Program Manager in meetings and ensure actions are documented.
