Job summary

Leidos Inc. is seeking a Mission Integration Lead to advance the Navy NMCI programs under the SMIT initiative. This role focuses on vulnerability management and the replacement of EOL/EOS hardware and software across the Naval Enterprise Network.

You will recruit, staff, and coordinate with the government to plan complex IT remediation, manage a rolling 4-week/12-week schedule, and ensure secure, timely site access and deployments. Travel to customer engagements is required.

Qualifications

• Requires BA/BS Degree and 8+ years managing large IT programs.
• U.S. Citizen with active DOD Secret clearance.
• Experience in program management including cost, schedule, and performance.
• Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams.
• Experience communicating with senior executives and direct accountability for managed activities.
• Experience proposing and coordinating corporate proposals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel to support in-person engagements.
• Experience managing relationships with senior DoD/Government customers.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting and staffing activities on SMIT with focus on vulnerability management.
• Develops and tracks staffing metrics (openings, onboard rate, lead times, turnover).
• Coordinate with the government to plan human logistics for IT remediation projects.
• Maintain the relationship with Government Access Lead and mission owners.
• Publish rolling master schedule (4-week firm / 12-week planning).
• Manage the human side of deployments: site access, maintenance windows, post-deployment verification.
• Build site access profiles and measure credential/authorization lead times.
• Provide site access go/no-go recommendations.
• Adjudicate competing window demands and resource reallocations.
• Communicate program-related information to NMCI leadership.
