Job summary

Tether.io is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead mining initiatives in Central America. This role involves managing complex programs associated with exploration, development, and operations, while ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and community expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and extensive experience in the mining industry, particularly with government relations and multidisciplinary team coordination.

Strong proficiency in both Spanish and English is essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in the mining industry, with at least 3-5 years managing complex programs or multi-project portfolios.
• Solid understanding of the mining lifecycle, from exploration to operations.
• Demonstrated experience working with government authorities and local communities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for mining initiatives in Central America.
• Define program scope, objectives, milestones, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage relationships with governmental authorities.
