Job summary

AECOM is seeking an experienced Mining Proposal Manager to lead proposals for mining, infrastructure, and environmental contracts. The role can be based in Lima, Peru or Charlotte, NC, with responsibility for LATAM and U.S.-based opportunities and strong leadership across global teams.

You will drive capture, write persuasive content, coordinate with CAMs and market sector leaders, and oversee proposal teams to deliver compliant, high-impact submissions.

Qualifications

• BA/BS + 8 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
• Prior experience leading business proposals in the environmental, infrastructure, or mining sectors.
• English/Spanish Fluency.
• Working knowledge of A/E industry and mining-related clients, projects, people, credentials, and competitors.

Responsibilities

• Lead timely, compliant, accurate, and persuasive proposal development and leadership for priority pursuits.
• Provide capture planning support and guidance to capture managers.
• Coach interview preparations, Q&A, and team readiness for global or must-win opportunities.
• Facilitate color reviews (Pink/Red teams) and apply lessons to improve proposals and win plans.
• Review compliance and contribute to go/no-go analyses and capture strategy development.
• Support marketing strategy and content development with CAMs and market sector leaders.
