Woodgrain, a leading millwork company, is seeking an Distribution Millwork Outside Sales representative for Saco, ME. The role focuses on achieving sales goals across the assigned territory, building new business, and strengthening partner accounts within Woodgrain's sales team and supply chain ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Meet and/or exceed sales goals and objectives for assigned territory.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager to establish targets, goals, and opportunities.
• Actively engaged in opportunity pipeline.
• Meet/exceed quotas for sales, gross margin, and YoY growth.
• Demonstrate thorough understanding and execution of each step in the sales process.
• Prospect new customers that fit our ideal customer profile.
• Develop understanding of the customer and their business; identify challenges and opportunities.
• Present features and benefits of products and services; propose solutions that add value.
• Prepare and present proposals that address customer needs.
• Execute transition plans; fulfill obligations and continue to add value.
• Manage partnered accounts, national accounts, and committed business; focus on retention.
• Explore new business opportunities and become a trusted adviser to leadership.
• Communicate with national accounts and Regional Sales Manager to grow the business.
• Show understanding of Woodgrain’s internal and external business, supply chain, CRM, pricing, etc.
• Set an effective schedule for meetings, travel, and office time.
