Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, business, or related field.
• 3–7+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in corporate recruiting or veteran programs.
• Strong understanding of military structure and veteran employment initiatives.
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment and ATS tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute military recruiting strategies to attract military-affiliated talent.
• Represent the organization at military hiring events and partner with veteran-focused groups.
• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for corporate and leadership roles.
• Translate military experience into civilian job qualifications.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment including onboarding coordination.
• Build relationships with transition programs and veteran service organizations.
• Promote military hiring initiatives via social media and events.
• Track activity and provide insights to improve hiring outcomes.
