Job summary

Qualifications
- Military talent assessment and military-to-civilian translation experience.
- Full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition experience.
- Stakeholder consulting and relationship management experience.
- Prior military service.
- Experience as a military recruiter (Army79R, Marine Corps Recruiter, Navy Recruiter, Air Force Recruiter, Space Force Recruiter, or equivalent).
- Experience supporting veteran, military spouse, or military transition hiring initiatives.
- Knowledge of Department of Defense transition programs and military talent networks.
- Experience recruiting for financial services, technology, operations, cybersecurity, or corporate functions.
- Demonstrated ability to influence hiring decisions through strategic talent consultation.
- Workday, Eightfold, Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for military-affiliated talent.
- Post job advertisements, source candidates, network, qualify candidates, and maintain talent pipelines.
- Translate military occupational specialties, ratings, and career experiences into business-relevant skills and competencies.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify and attract qualified military talent.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines across multiple functions and industries.
- Develop relationships with military installations and veteran organizations.
- Attend military hiring events, career fairs, and outreach activities.
- Educate hiring leaders on military experience and best practices for evaluating candidates.
- Provide coaching and guidance through the hiring process and offers.
- Track recruiting metrics and provide insights on pipelines and trends.
