Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience reading isometric drawings.
• 5+ years estimating industrial services lines with midstream experience preferred.
• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience leading estimating teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads, mentors, and develops a team of estimators, including hiring, training, workload assignment, and performance management.
• Interprets and analyzes contract documents; oversees the preparation of estimates and bid proposals.
• Manages bid flow for the midstream business line, including developing target project and owner lists and prioritizing bid opportunities.
• Reads and interprets specs and drawings; reviews and approves estimates prior to submission.
• Establishes estimating standards, tools, and cost databases for midstream work.
• Creates and presents reports to VP of Estimating and senior leadership.
