Qualifications

• 3+ years reading isometric drawings.
• 5+ years estimating industrial services lines, midstream preferred.
• 3+ years supervisory or management experience in estimating teams.

Responsabilités

• Leads, mentors, and develops a team of estimators, including hiring and performance management.
• Interprets contract documents and oversees estimates and bid proposals.
• Manages bid flow for the midstream line and prioritizes opportunities.
• Reads specs and drawings; reviews estimates prior to submission.
• Establishes estimating standards, tools, and cost databases.
• Prepares midstream forecasts, bid pipeline, and win-rate tracking.
• Creates and presents reports to the VP of Estimating and senior leadership.
• Builds relationships with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
• Partners with operations and business development to align bid strategy.
