Job summary

Canadian Breaks Consulting, LLC is seeking an Assistant Project Manager – Consultant to support a midstream PMO, develop cost estimates, and manage contracts. The role involves field site visits several times per week from the Midland, TX office, coordinating across construction, engineering, and vendor teams.

Qualified candidates have 5+ years in midstream PM/estimation, a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred), and can work in the United States without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in PM, controls, engineering, or estimating in midstream oil and gas.
• Able to work in Midland, TX office and perform field site visits several times per week.
• US work authorization without sponsorship; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Administer contracts, including offers, change orders, and documentation, aligning with budgets and terms.
• Support development of cost estimates and packages (scope, quantities, pricing, assumptions).
• Identify improvements to estimate templates, tools, and processes.
• Prepare high-level schematics and project calendars for planning and approval.
• Coordinate meetings with construction, engineering, commercial teams, and vendors.
• Perform site visits to verify field conditions, scope, and progress.
• Track costs, commitments, changes, and support forecasting and reporting.
• Maintain organized project files and records.
• Support execution activities including contractor coordination and progress tracking.
