Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business; related experience may substitute.
• Minimum of 10 years Commercial Banking experience.
• 9 years of relationship account management experience preferred.
• Formalized commercial credit training or equivalent credit experience required.
• Underwriting experience preferred.
• Proven track record of partnership with investment bankers for strategic and capital market advice.
• Strong business acumen including detailed financial statement analysis.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop profitable new client relationships by leveraging centers of influence and referrals.
• Grow long-term profitable lead-left relationships and deepen existing ones.
• Collaborate with internal partners to deepen relationships and acquire high-value prospects.

• Analyze financial information to determine credit viability and structuring needs.
• Lead client-facing activities including credit support, treasury management, and capital markets.
• Maintain CRM records for activity tracking and pipeline management.
