• Client Onboarding & Transition: coordinate onboarding for new clients to ensure smooth handoff to relationship managers.
• Market Intelligence & Strategy: stay informed on local market dynamics and trends.
• Revenue & Performance Accountability: meet or exceed goals for loans, deposits, and fees.
• Reporting & Forecasting: maintain pipeline tracking and forecasting.
