• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new Middle Market commercial relationships through disciplined prospecting and referral development.
• Build, maintain, and manage a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with centers of influence (e.g., attorneys, accountants, PE firms).
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Treasury Management, Commercial Payments, Capital Markets, and Wealth partners to structure client solutions.
• Coordinate internal resources for smooth onboarding and transition of new clients.
