Cobnks is seeking a Relationship Manager I in Middle Market Banking to deepen client relationships and drive growth from Greenwood Village, CO. You will manage a portfolio, assess credit needs and design lending and treasury solutions while ensuring compliance and timely delivery of services.

The role emphasizes strong communication, networking and sales, with responsibility for sizable credit exposure and cross‑selling bank products to commercial clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of relevant banking experience and strong sales skills.
• MBA or master’s degree preferred with leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Deepen existing client relationships and acquire new clients.
• Cross-sell lending, depository and Treasury Management products.
• Review clients’ credit needs, design solutions and negotiate terms.
• Manage client portfolios and ensure compliance with credit standards.
• Handle relationships with higher credit exposure and fee income.
• Provide financial advice on banking trends and environment.
• Review loan documents for policy compliance and regulations.
• Build rapport with clients and colleagues to deliver full bank products.
