Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a National Alliance Manager - Microsoft to drive SHI’s Microsoft partner strategy within the Enterprise and Global segments, collaborating with Microsoft stakeholders to execute GTM initiatives and convert partnerships into sales opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and managing partner relationships, supporting co-sell motions, and driving business growth through Microsoft solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience selling and/or working with Microsoft product offerings, licensing strategies, and competitive selling motions.
• Experience building and managing client and partner relationships.
• Experience supporting sales opportunities and driving business outcomes.
• 4+ years of experience selling and/or working with Microsoft product offerings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Microsoft partnerships within SHI’s Enterprise and Global segment.
• Build and strengthen SHI brand awareness within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Foster seller-to-seller relationships between SHI and Microsoft teams.
• Lead partner planning discussions and quarterly business reviews.
• Drive pipeline management and joint campaigns; deliver partner enablement programs.
