Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a National Alliance Manager - Microsoft to drive SHI's Microsoft partner strategy within Enterprise and Global segments.

You will collaborate with Microsoft stakeholders to achieve Go-To-Market goals, convert partnerships into sales, and act as the SHI ambassador for Microsoft initiatives. The role requires building partner relationships, managing joint campaigns, and ensuring alignment with sales and demand-gen teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with Microsoft partnerships and co-sell initiatives.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Microsoft partnerships within SHI's Enterprise/Global segment.
• Build and strengthen SHI brand awareness within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Lead partner planning discussions and quarterly business reviews.
• Deliver partner enablement and training to SHI sales teams.
• Drive pipeline, bookings, and joint marketing initiatives with Microsoft.
