The role emphasizes leadership, public sector expertise, and the ability to secure new business while guiding teams across complex modernization programs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum ten (10) years of relevant client solution management experience.
• Ability to travel up to 10% and work in Guidehouse offices as needed.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage a portfolio of client engagements and consulting staff to meet targets.
• Strategize with teams on project approach, facilitate communications, and manage risk across active engagements.
• Ensure high-quality work product and superior engagement quality.
• Build and maintain executive relationships with Military Health Systems stakeholders across MHSG, JOMIS, and CDAO.
• Lead new business opportunities and contribute to proposals and capture efforts.
