Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a senior strategic advisor to executive leadership responsible for MILCON and infrastructure capital programs. You will shape long-range planning, assess risks, and synthesize data into executive-ready briefs and strategic recommendations.

You will oversee master schedules, coordinate across design/build, IT/AV, security, and operations, and collaborate with DoD agencies, installations, and contracting offices to align priorities and delivery strategies.

Qualifications

• Active and maintained security clearance (SECRET or higher).
• Ten or more years of experience in large-scale capital program oversight or military construction environments.
• Experience advising senior executives or command leadership.
• Ability to synthesize large volumes of data into actionable recommendations for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Advise executive leadership on MILCON and infrastructure capital programs.
• Develop enterprise-level capital investment strategies considering priorities and constraints.
• Prepare executive briefings, risk dashboards, and strategic recommendations.
• Assess program risks and guide mitigation to maintain portfolio alignment.
• Develop master schedules and delivery plans across multiple disciplines.
• Govern program management plans and milestones.
• Engage stakeholders across DoD agencies, installations, and contracting offices.
• Establish enterprise methods for risk analysis and portfolio management.
• Mentor cross-functional teams to improve governance and schedule reliability.
