Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Director, Managed Care Advisory to lead high-impact engagements with healthcare clients, shaping contracting strategies and revenue optimization. You will negotiate complex payer contracts, drive care management improvements, and guide senior executives on performance transformation initiatives.

The role requires a track record in managed care strategy, strong leadership, and the ability to cross-sell services across Guidehouse’s platform.

Qualifications

• Experience in executive healthcare consulting or leadership with Medicaid/Medicare/ACOs.
• Proven ability to lead client relationships at the C-suite level.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills with track record of winning contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage full managed care contracting cycle: analytics, strategy, negotiations, and post-contract implementation.
• Develop and execute managed care solutions including rate benchmarking and price transparency analytics.
• Drive new client acquisition with high-level revenue targets.
• Lead advisory delivery teams and cross-functional collaboration across the firm.
• Build and expand a book of business through senior client relationships and repeat engagements.
• Cross-sell Guidehouse services to broaden account exposure and impact.
