Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a strategy and transformation consultant to support a federal organization in McLean, VA. You will partner with senior client leaders to shape and execute strategy, manage internal operations, communications, and program delivery in a fast-paced environment.

You'll contribute to or lead workstreams, develop executive-level communications and visuals, and coordinate with diverse stakeholders while supporting program management and reporting efforts.

Qualifications

• Proven abilities and prior success in a fast-paced environment contributing to or leading a workstream.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills to translate customer needs into deliverables.
• Experience creating C-Suite level strategic communications and visuals.
• Experience in communications and stakeholder engagement to align diverse stakeholders.
• Experience supporting program management including reporting, financial and resource management.
• Experience preparing and facilitating client meetings and synthesizing data into outputs.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).
