Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an experienced leader to manage a portfolio of state and federal government engagements, driving delivery excellence and client relationships across health and human services programs.

You will guide multidisciplinary teams, shape project strategies, and ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements while pursuing new business opportunities to expand the practice.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of total experience in industry, research, or consulting
• 10+ years leading state health and human services agencies
• Strong relationships with health and human services agency leaders
• Excellent program/project management skills with multi-disciplinary teams
• Ability to lead new business pursuits and proposals
• Leadership to guide strategic, analytical, and operational direction

Responsibilities

• Actively manage a portfolio of state, local, and federal government client engagements and consulting staff
• Strategize with consultant teams on project approach and risk management
• Drive quality and standards of work tailored to health and human services tech challenges
• Maintain executive relations with Medicaid Directors and agency leaders
• Develop best practices across consulting engagements
• Grow the consulting practice with new business opportunities (>$5M annual)
