Job summary

FirstBank is seeking a Relationship Manager for the Manufactured Housing Communities (MHC) division. The RM drives revenue by growing loan balances and commitments through cultivating client relationships within the Manufactured Housing industry and closing commercial RE-acquisition/refinance loans.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in CRE lending or underwriting, a background in accounting/finance, and familiarity with MH markets. Excellent communication and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of C&I and/or Commercial Real Estate lending or underwriting, banking environment preferred.
• Exposure to Manufactured Housing industry is a huge plus.
• Education credentials include accounting/finance background.

Responsibilities

• Originate commercial RE loans and LOCs for MHC Owner/Operators.
• Build relationships with MHC owners, operators, and brokers to create pipeline.
• Perform cursory underwriting to properly structure RE/LOC loans.
• Understand commercial RE underwriting metrics and valuation methods.
• Communicate professionally in writing and in person.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint effectively.
