Job summary

FirstBank is seeking a Relationship Manager to grow the Manufactured Housing Communities lending business within the Specialty Lending Group. You will originate commercial real estate loans and lines of credit for MHC owner/operators and build a robust pipeline through broker networks and client relationships.

The role requires 5–7 years of C&I or CRE lending, a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (Masters preferred), and solid communication plus advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of C&I and/or commercial real estate lending or underwriting, preferably in banking.
• Exposure to Manufactured Housing industry a huge plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; Masters a plus.

Responsibilities

• Originate commercial RE loans and Lines of Credit for MHC Owner/Operators.
• Build relationships with MHC Owner/Operators and network of Brokers to create pipeline of new and repeat business.
• Ability to perform cursory underwriting analysis to properly structure RE/LOC loans.
• Understand commercial RE underwriting metrics and valuation methods (primarily multifamily related deals).
• Professional written and in-person communication skills.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint.
