You will lead seasonal planning, drive color and assortment recommendations, and present results to leadership while ensuring alignment with merchandising strategy and inventory plans.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in merchandising or related field.
• 1+ years of management experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Clear understanding of competition and ability to fill assortment gaps.
• Ability to present to senior leadership and manage multiple stakeholders.

• Develop and execute category-level strategies to drive sales and profitability.
• Manage day-to-day category performance and assortment planning by channel.
• Analyze market trends, set pricing and promotions, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
