Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 5+ years of experience in merchandising or related field.
• 1+ years of Management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace.
• Ability to present to Senior, VP, and Executive level management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.

• Develop and execute category-level strategies that support department and brand objectives.
• Analyze market trends and manage assortments to drive sales and profitability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver against financial and product goals.
• Present weekly performance and insights to leadership and partners.
• Lead assortment planning, pricing, and catalog merchandising for own category.
• Drive pre-season road mapping and seasonal buy strategy.
• Manage 1-2 direct reports and build leadership skills.
