Job summary

Duluth Trading Company seeks a Merchant to develop and execute category strategies, manage assortments, pricing, and promotions from our headquarters near Madison, WI. The role blends analytical rigor with cross-functional collaboration to meet sales and profit goals.

You will lead channel-specific assortment decisions, partner with planning and design, and drive pre-season road-maps and in-season adjustments in a hybrid work environment with Mondays–Thursdays in office and Fridays remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, merchandising or related field.
• 5+ years of merchandising/category leadership experience.
• 1+ years of management experience.
• Strong MS Office and Google Workspace skills.

Responsibilities

• Own category profitability and drive sales targets.
• Lead assortment planning by channel and season.
• Analyze weekly performance and present to leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, planning and ecommerce.
• Maintain pricing, promotions, and markdowns within SOX controls.
