Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as listed or equivalent work experience considered.
• 5+ years of experience in merchandising or related field.
• 1+ years of management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong ability to analyze market trends and translate into assortments.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for profitable sales and strong business metrics.
• Directly responsible for merchandise selection and assortment planning by channel.
• Drive color counts, color rank, sales, and assortment recommendations by channel.
• Collaborate with Senior Merchant on season strategy and buy of the assortment.
• Analyze weekly business performance and present results to leadership.
• Ensure assortment and sales plan align with merchandising strategies.
• Set up and maintain assortment planning tools and product flow.
• Partner with planning on future season sales plans and read/react meetings.
• Lead cross-functional partnerships and drive pre-season road mapping.
