Responsibilities

• Develops seasonal line plans to architect assortment that aligns to company's financial goals.
• Leads the development and execution of seasonal objectives with cross-functional partners.
• Uses business insights, external research, and customer feedback to assort the line and react to in-season business.
• Manages in-season omni-channel business by tracking and analyzing sales information to optimize sales, margins, inventory, and markdowns.
• Collaborates to deliver profitable product and maintain the value proposition.
• Sets objectives, delegates, and coaches team to drive customer-focused results.
