Job summary

Comfrt is seeking a strategic Merchant & Commercial Strategy leader to drive the merchandising and commercial success of our product portfolio. You will own assortment planning, line architecture, pricing, and channel optimization across DTC, retail, wholesale, and international channels.

The role partners with Product Development, Marketing, Creative, Planning, Finance, and eCommerce to launch new products with cohesive merchandising and storytelling. Remote-friendly, full-time opportunity.

Qualifications

7+ years of merchandising, category management or commercial strategy experience in fast-growing consumer business.
Experience developing assortments, pricing, and channel strategies across multiple sales channels.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and translate customer insights into commercial actions.

Responsibilities

Own merchandising strategy and assortment planning across product categories.
Lead commercial go-to-market for product launches with Marketing and Creative.
Develop channel-specific merchandising strategies for DTC, wholesale, and marketplaces.
Manage category performance metrics including sales, gross margin and turns.
Partner with Planning and Finance on inventory, pricing architecture and promotional cadence.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Finance, Planning, Creative and eCommerce to commercialize the roadmap.
