• Assist Store Manager in SOP adherence and policy execution.
• Lead truck unloading,Sorting and flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization (SISO) routines to improve in-stock levels.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Manage inventory accuracy and backroom organization.
• Handle price changes and Ship from Store fulfillment.
